Akaneiro: Demon Hunters

Akaneiro: Demon Hunters, a spiritual successor to Alice: Madness Returns, is a unique free-to-play Action RPG that draws inspiration from the classic The Red Riding Hood but gives the character a dark twist just as do to Alice.

Akaneiro: Demon Hunters appears to start with the story of revamped Little Red Riding Hood who is a member of the Order of Akane, an ancient and mystic group of demon hunters. Players will enter the game as Red Hunters of the elite group, carrying out various missions to slay demons depicted in Japanese folklore such as the Yokai – demonic and ghostly creatures – in the late Edo period of Japan. Via battles, the demon hunters can collect Karma Shards, shards crystallized from the shed blood of defeated yokai, which can be used to upgrade weapons. In it, a large arsenal of weaponry, various combat skills, and numerous items to loot and trade will play an important part to facilitate the action-packed gameplay. Besides, mysterious spirits can be recruited to aid in battle; and hordes of enemies are ready to challenge you in the survival room. Generally, it styles Diablo.
