Nov 29,2012 by Eleanor

Mortal Online is now going free-to-play forever with optional subscription. Now free-to-play accounts will be able to experience all of the basic gameplay. But if players want to enjoy certain advantages and full contents, they can upgrade the free account to a Premium account for a monthly fee.

Monthly subscriptions will offer paid players the following benefits:

  • Maximum for all skills is 100 (while F2P accounts have a skill restriction of 60)
  • Premium accounts may use thievery skills
  • Premium accounts may loot expensive objects
  • Premium accounts may trade expensive objects

Meanwhile, Premium accounts can be also switched to Free-to-play model, which will impose the skill restriction but allow players to keep their Grandfathered character slots.
