Soul Worker is an action MMORPG that provides cinematic gameplay in a post-apocalyptic world. It is mainly targeted at casual young gamers, especially those that have a special liking to cel-shaded graphics, anime chicks, fantastic big weapons and dazzling action with great visual effects. Currently in the 1st closed beta phase, it is slated to launch commercially in 2012.

Overview:

Soul Worker is set in a fantasy setting, in which players, acting as girl psychics, fight to unveil the secret behind the sudden disappear of the city and all buildings and citizens in it. In the empty and vast wasteland, female heroines will fight unknown monsters for the city restoration.

The game features a Maze system, an instance system tinged with some puzzle content. Mazes are set with tiered difficulty levels, leading players into the deep storyline step by step. Moreover, an alternative mode allows players to change the storyline with an effort to better immerse in it.

In-game combat is rendered cinematic to make players feel as if in an animation. Scenes are commonly livened up when stylish chicks power up their oversize weapons with emotions like anger and revenge, and excise out stunning skills with effects of bolt, shockwave or light, etc.. And it also boasts a dynamic world, in which objects such as poles, walls and windows can not only be destroyed but also used as handy weapons to attack.
