Stardrift Empires is a new sci-fi strategy game that recently landed on Facebook. From its very title, players can guess the potential contents related to the galactic war. It places players into the role of Commander of a planet, where they will build structures, manage resources, research tech and create troops, etc., just as in any other strategy games. Players in it can find the familiar mainstay of strategy concepts (city-building, strategy deployment, diplomacy of alliances, etc.), except that they are all wrapped in the interstellar sci-fi theme. Hence, the energy-powered base planet, colonies to conquer, galaxy to explore, crew or even propulsion Commanders to hire, fleet built and sent for raiding resources or attacking rivals, and ultimate goal toward creation of intergalactic empires. Please note that, it’s based on text and image.
