Tales of Pirates II
Tales of Pirates II, a sequel to the first ToP, is a 3D free-to-play fantasy MMORPG characteristic with a delightful cartoon style and diversified gameplay around piracy. As a continuation of its predecessor, it provides players with more or less the same gameplay that covers role-playing, job specialization, fighting in ground and sea, crafting items, raising pets, and rebirth to name a few.
Players can choose from four races, handsome Lance, tough Carsise, pretty Phyllis and cute Ami. Once arriving at Lv. 9, each character can go to specific NPCs, taking related quests and selecting the first basic class. Four basic classes (of Lv. 10) are Swordsman, Hunter, Herbalist and Explorer; while six advanced ones, listed as Crusader, Champion, Cleric, Seal Master, Sharpshooter and Voyager, are offered at Lv. 40, once relevant quests are finished. Different races have different class choices. While Carsise has no other choice but develop into a Swordsman first and a Champion then, Lance has three optional choices respectively at Lv. 10 and 40, for instance.
The quest line sees no end, allotting players with varied tasks. Combat is still an important part of it. Players can take on monsters when exploring the three maps of maze, or they can duel, in individual or in group, other players in arenas. Still, how can a pirate call him/her so without sailing at sea? It’s the greater part of the game than its predecessor: it adds a new Corsairs System that allows players to own boats, navigating to the far sea and venturing into instanced dungeons.
The whole gameplay is casual and relaxing. Rich in variety, it offers a wide range of activities for players to conduct, reducing the odds of max-out feeling. So besides what’s mentioned above, there are also many to engage, such as rearing pets, forming marital or mentor-disciple relations, forging equipment to facilitate battles, and trading, etc..

Malling is the most important skill for this game
Actually, this game is horrible. It was good like 2 or 3 years ago, until they released the Azrael gems, and serious powerdifferences started to raise. Nowadays we have mallers who malled more than 10k usd lol, and not to mention the crappy events (especially for non-Americans) and also the bad player service. You would be better off playing Pacman…..
you over rate the game
